VISITS:

(Effective January 1, 2026)
90-minute Initial visits: $525
45-Minute Follow up visits: $260
15-minute visits: $125

OTHER SERVICES:

Additional time added to any visit is prorated at $350/hr
InBody composition assessment outside of a regular appointment: $120
Medication refills outside of appointments: $25
Prior authorizations for medications, supplies, imaging or procedures: $35 per PA
Additional letters/forms: $25 each
Emails and portal messages: First message to clarify treatment plan after a visit is free. Additional emails to modify treatment plan or address new concerns are billed at $350/hr and prorated in 5 minute increments
Phone calls to discuss treatment plans are billed as virtual visits

Direct Primary Care Membership:

Monthly Fee: $185

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment is accepted by credit card or cash.
