Patients benefit from unlimited visits—either in-person or virtual (for Indiana residents) —as well as direct communication through a secure patient portal. This means you can ask questions, share updates, and get timely support without navigating long wait times or multiple gatekeepers.

Rather than focusing narrowly on symptom management, Dr. Leazenby takes the time to understand your full health history, uncover the root causes of imbalance, and co-create an individualized plan to restore resilience and vitality. Care includes medication management, personalized nutritional and lifestyle support, advanced diagnostic testing, same-day or next-day visits when appropriate, and ongoing monitoring.
